Refund Policy

AlchemiStudio is primarily provided under enterprise subscriptions and/or signed Orders. This Refund Policy explains how refunds (if any) are handled.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a signed Order, fees are non-refundable. This “non-refundable except as required by law or contract” approach is common in SaaS subscription terms.

If we provide a free trial or pilot:

• trial access ends at the end of the trial period unless converted to a paid Order,

• no charges apply unless you sign an Order or explicitly authorize billing.

• If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect according to your Order.

• You may retain access until the end of the then-current billing term unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds are issued for unused time unless your Order states otherwise.

We may provide refunds or credits if:

• we materially fail to deliver the Service as described in the Order and cannot remedy within a reasonable time, or

• a refund/credit is explicitly approved in writing by us.

• account email / organization

• invoice number

• reason for request

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend the account while investigating. We encourage contacting us first to resolve billing issues.
